Miralcamp (Lleida)

At one of the leading companies in the meat sector in Miralcamp, we have developed a rooftop photovoltaic solar plant for self-consumption with hybridization, combining cogeneration and photovoltaic energy.
The photovoltaic solar installation is integrated with the company’s energy consumption, where a 2,000 kW cogeneration system is currently in operation.
The photovoltaic generator consists of 6,245 modules of 545 Wp each and features a total of 19 three-phase inverters of 150 kW.

This large-scale project delivers outstanding economic results, including annual savings of €579,345 and a payback period of less than 3 years.
In addition, this photovoltaic installation avoids 1,300 tonnes of CO₂ per year, equivalent to planting 63,200 trees, and positions the meat company as one of the most committed to sustainability in the sector.
