Vila-Sana (Lleida)

One of the leading companies in the logistics sector, based in Vila-Sana, has entrusted us to design and execute a hybrid photovoltaic installation on rooftops and land.
The project combines 7,940 solar panels installed on the industrial buildings with an adjacent ground-mounted plant, maximizing available space and significantly reducing dependency on the grid.
With an annual production of 6,586 MWh, the installation covers 87% of the company’s energy demand, reducing operational costs and ensuring stability against rising electricity prices.

To ensure maximum performance, the plant includes:
- High-efficiency bifacial panels that increase solar capture.
- Real-time monitoring system, accessible from any device, which allows:
• Viewing instant and accumulated production.
• Analyzing consumption and optimizing self-consumption.
• Quickly detecting and solving any issue.
- Periodic cleaning service for the modules, ensuring a surface free of dust and residues. This action can increase production by up to 7.5% and prolong the panels’ lifespan.
With this solar energy initiative, they reduce more than 1,900 tons of CO₂ each year, equivalent to planting over 93,200 trees, reaffirming their commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
