Almacelles(Lleida)

In a residential complex in Almacelles, we carried out a photovoltaic solar installation aimed at reducing the electricity bill while contributing to sustainability and environmental protection.
The project was developed under a 'turnkey' approach, covering all phases: from the initial technical design to administrative processing, construction, legalization, and commissioning of the installation. Thanks to agile management, the plant was fully legalized in less than a month.

The installation, with a capacity of 103.27 kWp, belongs to the self-consumption model without surplus energy. Therefore, an anti-spill system was incorporated to comply with Royal Decree 244/2019 of April 5, as well as the UNE 217001:2015 standard 'Requirements and tests for systems that prevent energy feed-in to the distribution grid.'
For the execution, 255 photovoltaic modules were installed on the roof using a self-supporting aluminum structure, which avoids perforations and ensures the roof’s integrity.
In addition, the orientation and optimal tilt of the panels were carefully studied to maximize production and minimize shading impact.
With this project, the residential complex generates approximately 146,765 kWh of renewable energy per year and avoids 43 tons of CO₂ emissions, equivalent to planting 2,067 trees.
